Engineer Ali Al-Waeli conducted inspections of several investment projects in Baghdad to assess their progress, observe their stages of development, and address any obstacles they may encounter. Field visits and inspection tours carried out by the Deputy Head of the Baghdad Investment Authority, Mr. Ali Al-Waeli, continue as part of efforts to monitor the progress and development of these projects and to identify any challenges faced during their implementation.
During one of these visits, Al-Waeli inspected the Yarmouk Compound project, located in the Yarmouk area. This promising project is expected to play a significant role in addressing the housing crisis and providing diverse employment opportunities for the local community. Al-Waeli praised the precision and speed of their work, as well as their adherence to all internationally recognized standards and guidelines in this field.
The project consists of 960 units distributed across 15 buildings, equipped with various amenities, recreational and educational facilities, commercial spaces, parking lots, and green spaces. The modern construction and innovative execution methods contribute to the project's luxurious appeal. Additionally, the executing company, at its own expense, rehabilitated and developed the main street adjacent to the project, along with its central islands. This exemplifies the goals the Investment Authority aims to achieve through its diverse projects, especially those related to housing.
